Cribs4Students is seeking a Web Designer to join the team. The Web Designer will lead the overall design for the entire website. The position is full-time and reports to the Chief Technology Officer. Candidates must have a strong technical background. Prior work experience is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead overall design for entire website
- Develop and incorporate innovative features for existing and future web pages.
- Improve the existing Cribs4Students website framework
- Provide technical maintenance and support for website
- Interface with Chief Technology Officer
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with HTML/CSS/Javascript/PHP
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to deliver results and meet aggressive milestones

MySQL Database Administrator:
Cribs4Students is seeking a MySQL DBA. The MySQL DBA is responsible for managing and providing active support for the database. The position is full-time and will report to the Chief Technology Officer. Candidates must have a strong technical background. Prior work experience is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand the infrastructure of the database
- Provide active database support
- Perform database administration and maintenance
- Perform database testing and integrity checks
- Perform database audits to ensure accuracy and consistency of records
- Execute frequent database backups
- Provide support for further database development
- Interface with Chief Technology Officer
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with database administration and maintenance
- Experience with website development
- Experience with HTML and MySQL
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Database certification preferred, but not required
Email Systems Administrator:
This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of over 500+ email messages that are a part of the Cribs4Students' experience and are essential for continued growth. The position is full-time and reports to the Chief Technology Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administration of Cribs4Students email and messaging infrastructure
- Monitoring of email processing, delivery, and effectiveness
- Achieving resolution of email delivery problems through engagement and coordination with various ISPs
- Working with outside email monitoring services
- Insuring the appropriate mapping of Cribs4Students' mail features to destination email domain policies
- Resolve technical problems in a timely manner without disruption to the network
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in configuring mail servers
- Experience with setting up and maintaining mail systems for medium to high volume internet companies
- Experience interfacing with ISPs to resolve technical problems
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work on projects independently

Website Interns will be responsible for the website design, development, and maintenance of the website. Interns will work in a dynamic and challenging environment to develop technical solutions to support our user. Interns will also manage and provide active support for the existing MySQL database.
